Refund Policy

Eligible for 30-day returns: this is an allowance for you to make a return request within 30 days upon receipt of your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, please email us at contact@ballrgrip.com. In the event that your return is accepted, you will be liable for all return shipping costs to get the item back to us. Any items returned to us without seeking prior return are rejected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may assess the situation and take appropriate measures.


Exclusions/non-returnable items
Certain kinds of items cannot be returned, such as but not limited to: perishable goods, which would include items like food, flowers, or plants; custom products, including special orders or personalized items; or personal care goods, such as beauty products. Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about any specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you're looking for is to return the item in your possession and upon acceptance of that return, make a separate purchase for the newer item.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether a refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
